  • Overview

    This Customer Service Representative will be in our Sales department. Our Sales Associates are responsible for entering a customer’s order into the order processing system. This individual is responsible for upselling merchandise and credit accounts when prompted and is expected to process the orders to the satisfaction of the customer. This individual may also perform support or other functions when necessary to meet the objectives of the call center.

    Responsibilities

    • Enter customers order into order processing system
    • Upsell merchandise and credit when prompted by the system
    • Perform support functions as necessary to support the call center
    • Perform data entry functions
    • Review all provided reference materials to maintain comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
    • Identify and communicate to management significant trends in customer inquiries
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

    • Strong customer satisfaction skills including oral and written communication skills
    • Good listening and problem solving skills
    • Efficient keyboarding/data entry skills
    • Ability to multi task and change focus frequently
