This position is the onsite administrator and front-line contact for HR programs with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service in an accurate, professional, and timely manner. This position will provide support for Human Capital Management and Time and Attendance Systems for Eddie Bauer associate population in the U.S., Canada, and Hong Kong. This position is responsible for supporting the administration of the benefit programs, payroll processes, I-9 compliance and hiring process. On a project-by-project basis, this position may be asked to provide support for HR deliverables across any of the HR areas. This position has direct interface with associates, managers and HR team.
