Coordinates the development, application and reporting of statistical and non-statistical samples based on historical and forecasted data from operational departments.
Prioritizes and delegates assignments of Accuracy Assurances Inspectors to ensure adequate coverage of core distribution functions and the completion of sampling plans supporting the distribution center incentive pay program.
Initiates, coordinates and delegates to Inventory Control Analysts, investigations and reporting requirements concerning inventory activity.
Ensures timely and accurate resolution to investigation requests received from Eddie Bauer and/or third party clients.
Maintains communications with Inventory Control Management regarding the status of inventory investigations, accuracy inspections and activities that, in his/her opinion, require special attention, as a result of information gathered.
Prepares the weekly payroll reports for non-exempt associates for supervisor review.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
2-3 years’ experience in inventory control and/or an operations environment utilizing a WMS - preferably PKMS
Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively, detail oriented
Ability to interact with all levels of associates
Proficient in Word and Excel
Ability to learn and teach new systems, processes and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of associates
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
Associates degree in business/operations mgmt/other related field
3-5 years experience in inventory control and/or operations environment utilizing a WMS - preferably PKMS
